Brief introduction of main system, function and application of greenhouse

The so-called modern greenhouse is to add some temperature, light and humidity which can control the plant growth parameters on the basis of the traditional greenhouse, so as to achieve the best demand environment for plant growth and the highest yield of plants. Today we will introduce the common systems of multi span greenhouse. 

1, external shading system   The main function of external sunshade system is to protect crops from strong light. Because of blocking a lot of light, it effectively reduces the heat accumulation inside the greenhouse, so it has a better cooling effect than the internal shading system. By selecting the curtain with different shading rate, the demand of different crops for sunlight can be met. In addition, the external shading system also has the function of hail protection.      2、 Interior sunshade system   The sun shading system can be opened and closed by gears, racks or cables. In summer, the closed sun screen can effectively reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse. In winter, when the sunshade is closed at night, it can effectively prevent the heat inside the greenhouse from overflowing through radiation or heat exchange, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the greenhouse.      3、 Staggered window system   Staggered window system, also known as push rod window system, is suitable for Venlo greenhouse. When opening the window, the rack and pinion move under the drive of the drive shaft to push the push rod forward. Under the action of the support arm, the window is opened. Staggered window is only applicable to the top window system. Due to the difference of rack and pinion mechanism, staggered window opening can be divided into two types: rail type and swing arm type. The difference between the two is that the former is suitable for greenhouses with large length because of large thrust of single rack, while the latter is suitable for greenhouses with small length but simple structure and low cost. System composition: gear, rack, push pull rod, reduction motor, drive shaft, support arm and other accessories.     The main function of staggered windows is to use natural ventilation and adjust indoor temperature and humidity.    4、 Fan water curtain cooling system   The cooling system of wet curtain fan consists of wet curtain, fan, water circulation system and control device. It is the use of water evaporation cooling principle, wet curtain and fan respectively installed on the gables at both ends of the closed house, when the fan suction, causing indoor negative pressure, forcing the outdoor unsaturated air through the porous wet curtain surface, causing water evaporation, so that the indoor air temperature is reduced.      5、 Heating system   The heating system in the greenhouse, that is, through the selection of appropriate heating equipment to meet the requirements of greenhouse heating load. It is generally composed of heat source, indoor heat dissipation equipment and heat medium conveying system. Relevant equipment includes: boiler, pipeline, circulating water, radiator and various control and regulating valves.      6、 Fertilization and irrigation system   The main function of the greenhouse irrigation system is to extract the irrigation water from the water source. After proper pressurization, purification, filtration and other treatment, the water is sent to the field irrigation equipment by the water pipeline, and finally the crops are irrigated by the emitters in the greenhouse field irrigation equipment. A complete greenhouse irrigation system usually includes five parts: water source project, head hub, water supply network, field irrigation equipment and automatic control equipment. In actual production, due to different water supply conditions and irrigation requirements, the greenhouse irrigation system may only consist of some equipment. The irrigation systems used in greenhouses are classified according to the types of emitters used. They are mainly divided into pipeline irrigation system, drip irrigation system, micro sprinkler irrigation system, micro sprinkler belt irrigation system, infiltration irrigation system and walking sprinkler irrigation system    7、 Greenhouse automation control system   Greenhouse control system is based on the information collected or observed by temperature and humidity sensors, light sensors, CO2 sensors, outdoor weather stations, etc. installed inside and outside the greenhouse, through the control equipment (such as control box, controller, computer, etc.) to control the drive / actuator (such as fan system, window system, irrigation and fertilization system, etc.), to control the indoor environment and climate (such as temperature, humidity, humidity, etc.) In order to meet the needs of the growth and development of cultivated crops, we should adjust and control light, CO2 and irrigation and fertilization. Greenhouse control system can be divided into manual control system and automatic control system according to the control mode. Greenhouse automatic control system is divided into digital controller control system, controller control system and computer control system.
