Greenhouse greenhouse film use precautions

The Fenggu brand longevity drip anti-fog film produced by Japanese technology is synthesized by a three-layer co-extrusion process and has the following characteristics:

1, long dripping period

The aquarium film drip period is at least twice that of the existing similar film in China. The domestic film dripping period is generally 4-6 months, while the aquarium film dripping period can reach 8-24 months.

2, anti-fog drops

The unique anti-fog function greatly improves the light transmittance in the greenhouse, which is extremely beneficial for reducing the humidity inside the shed and improving photosynthesis.

3, anti-aging

The anti-aging ability of Fenggu membrane is more durable, and the service life of Fenggu membrane is at least twice that of the existing similar film in China. A film with a thickness of 80 microns can last for more than 24 months (2 years); a film with a thickness of 150 microns can last for 48 (4 years) or more.

4, high light transmittance

Fenggu membrane adopts the most advanced formula and process in the world, which greatly improves its light transmittance and is obviously superior to domestic similar film.

When using the aquarium film, the main points are as follows:

1. The shed film must be stored in a shaded, dry place before installation and use, and must not exceed 6 months. If it is installed in winter, it is advisable to place the agricultural film at room temperature for 2-3 days before installation.

2. Steel members and connectors of the greenhouse structure are required to have good anti-corrosion measures to ensure that dirty or rusted components are not applicable. At the same time, exposed metal wires and sharp-angled tear films should be avoided.

3. When installing, the agricultural film should be leveled as much as possible to maximize its anti-drip performance.

4, do not install the shed film, otherwise you can not play the performance of the film. And anti-aging properties will also be reduced. There is a Japanese sign that rushes out of the shed, that is, standing inside the shed and looking up as an anti-word. If there is no word, the following method can be used to distinguish the no-drop surface: the film is covered on a cup of hot water, and the surface is thick and quickly dissipated as a no-drop surface, which should be flushed into the shed.

5. Do not install the shed film during the overheating of the day, thinking that the film is heated by the heat at this time, and when the temperature is lowered, the shed film shrinks, which will cause the film to break.

6. When opening the roll film, pay attention to check the land condition, avoid the object from piercing or scratching the film, and rigorously drag the film on the ground.

7. Do not walk on the shed film, and do not put assembly tools or other objects on the shed film to avoid puncturing the shed film.

8. It is important to note that the shed film and the greenhouse components are directly connected as much as possible. If it is unavoidable, white acrylic-vinyl should be applied to the joint area, and the mixed organic solvent should not be applied. To prevent chemical reactions in the film.

9. Avoid direct contact between the plant irrigation equipment, heating pipeline equipment and the film.

10. Do not burn the residual leaves of vegetables outside the greenhouse or inside the greenhouse, as the products of combustion can damage plastic products.

11. Try to limit the use of pesticides, herbicides, and biological agents, and control the concentration of sulfur-hydrogen mixture, not exceeding the concentration standard of 80% chlorine and 400% sulfur.

12. When using biological agents such as insecticides, spray them on the film.

13. Avoid pesticide residues remaining in contact with the greenhouse film and the greenhouse member. If insecticides must be used, ventilate the greenhouse as quickly as possible.

14. During the replacement of the membrane, chemical disinfection of the soil (sun exposure or pH adjustment) must be carried out. When the shed film is placed and stored, an appropriate amount of soil should be piled on the shed film to avoid damage to the plastic caused by spraying the disinfectant.

15. The shed film is strictly exposed to acidic solutions such as sulfuric acid.
